Hello & Welcome
Welcome to St. Mark's Senior National School's . A Community Committed to Restorative Practice. We are committed to offering a safe, positive environment that will prepare our children for the 21st century, meeting their unique physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs. At St. Mark's, we make every attempt to understand and respect our students. We take pride in our diverse cultural community and believe that all children can be encouraged to do their best in a positive, hard working, learning environment.
We believe in the values of respect, courtesy, friendliness, honesty and, above all, pride in oneself. I hope you enjoy reading the following pages, which give information about our school and the activities that go on in side it. I hope you find it informative and attractive. It is our intention that, as well as being a source of information about our school and its activities, our school website will be a platform for our pupils to represent themselves and their work.
This academic year we are striving to achieve an "Active School Flag". This initiative was launched in St. Mark''s school hall, on Thursday night 22nd October 2015 at our Open Night for parents. Please check Letters to parents, to view the Active School'''s presentation which was delivered by various members of the Active Schools Committee.
